  • I woke up half an hour ago and couldn't sleep, so i lay there for a while, getting bored. Then i heard the stairway door creak and someone came up the steps. What do you know! I'm not the only insomniac in the house! (At least i don't wake up early every morning, like my dad does.)  So i thought at least now i know there's no one on the computer. =) When i came down it hadn't even gone on screen saver yet. =)
Here are some pictures i wanted to post.

    1 day old

    2 cheesing aunts

3 happy kids (oh wait, maybe all except for the baby.)

    A very cute baby!

    Hey People!

I have a new nephew! His name is Anthony Eugene Yoder. He was born yesterday morning and weighted 7lb 2oz.

Oh, and he's cute. Maybe i can post a picture of him sometime.
We went to see him today, which was cool. Especially since i got 40 minutes of driving in on the way home. =)

That is all the information for now that i have to tell to the whole world, who doesn't care a bit but i am obligated to write anyway because i have a site....

  • (Anything But) Lazy Old Days

This week has been pretty interesting so far. I don't know if you are feeling led to read a bunch of blabbing about my week so i guess first i'll post some pictures () and then see how much time i have left.
Don't ask me what inspired me to post this one. This is my nephew a little over 4 years ago. He was 3 lb. 13 oz. when he was born a month early.

Some time later, on a Saturday night. (Notice ((don't, rather)) the pizza pans in the background.)

    Once again.

    Ru

Jon (with Freddy, his Welsh Corgi) It was pretty hard to get both Jonny and a very wiggly dog to smile at the same time. (Well, look at the camera i mean. Freddy is always smiling.)

    Me
I have got to go now.
Edit: No, Freddy does not always smile. You should have seen his expression yesterday when i walked past his pen and didn't let him out.

  • Email Forwards

Here is a post about why i don't like fake or stupid forwards that obligate you to do something.
It's simple. All you have to do is read the post and then leave a comment giving your opinion on forwards and saying 3 nice things about me. If you don't, you are a selfish person that doesn't care about other people.
lol. Just kidding. But i DO want comments - xanga or non-xanga. (Just forget about the saying nice things part, okay?)

Note:If you happen to be the person that sent me one of these, be aware that i DO NOT hold anything against you! This is just a personal thing.

Okay, if you have an active email account you've probably seen this one or one similar to it before:

    An old lady walked
    into a Grocery Store.

She wanted to buy the best dog food in the world for her little puppy.

She went up to the cash register to buy the food.

The saleslady told her that the store did not allow old ladies to buy animal
food unless they show the actual animal because a lot of old ladies like
to eat the animal food themselves.

So, the old lady went home, got her dog and went back to the store to buy
    her dog food.

The next day she came back to buy the best cat food around.

But the Sales lady told her the same thing, so the old lady went back home
and brought her cat to the Grocery Store to buy the cat food.

The next day the old lady went to the Grocery Store again carrying a big
    container

She went up to the the sales lady and said, ' Put your hand inside here

The Saleslady shook her head. ' NO ' , she said, ' there is probably something
in there that will bite me! ' ..

'I promise you there is nothing in here that will bite you,' the old lady
    said.

So the Saleslady stuck her hand inside the container and screamed.

To find out what was inside the container you must send it to at least
    8 people.

When the computer says your mail has been sent, hit ALT-8 and the container
will pop up on your screen. Do
    This! Its hysterical!! It works!!

I HAD TO SEND THIS ONE! YOU'LL SEE WHY AT THE END."

so they send it on, it doesn't work, so by the time they tell the other people that it's a fake, they have already sent it to 8 others. That is really yucky.

This one was a petition with a very touching story with it, but the part at the end about being selfish really turned me off. I didn't attach the names because there were over 1000 of them.

I thought this one was pretty fishy sounding. My brother said that Make a Wish doesn't do that sort of thing.  And how does Make a Wish know when it gets sent on?

This message was soon followed by one from the same person saying that it was a fraud. They gave the name of this website
    http://www.snopes.com/
and then put "ashley flores -missing person" in on the search or go box ,then when  something comes up,click on the highlited phrase to read the rest of it....
Good for her =) Go read what the site has to say about it. It's really interesting.
